  • Can I buy entrance tickets at the museum?
    Yes, but occationally the line is long, and we cannot guarantee admission at preferred time. 
  • Can I bring a baby stroller into the exhibition halls?
    Unfortunately not, due to  security reasons. You can loan strollers at the museum. Read more about accessibility here
  • Did you not recieve a confirmation on email?
    Make sure it is the correct email adress. Check your spamfilter, sometimes the email ends up there. 
  • Have you been deducted twice for your tickets?
    If there is a duplicate in your order, one should be refunded quickly. If this does not happen within 1-3 days, contact info@munchmuseet.no. Remember to attach relevant information so that we can help you in the best possible way.
  • What do I do if I am not able to visit as planned?
    Entrance tickets are non-refundable.
  • I will be delayed to my time slot, what do I do?
    We encourage all our visitors to come as precisely as possible in terms of capacity. With a prebooked ticket, you are guaranteed entry at the specified time. If you arrive late, we always have hosts who will help you with admission at the first possible opportunity.

  • How long can I stay at the museum with my ticket?
    You are welcome to stay in the exhibitions for as long as you wish.

  • Can I re-enter the exhibitions with the same ticket if I have chosen to leave the exhibition area, for example for lunch?
    Due to limited capacity per time slot, we can not guarantee space if you choose to leave the exhibition area.
