Munchmuseet on the Move

Munchmuseet on the Move (2016–2019) continues the work of the Stenersen Museum, now part of MUNCH, towards the opening of the new museum on the waterfront of Bjørvika.

For the first time since 1989, a major exhibition of works by Per Krohg is shown in Oslo. The exhibition will provide insight into the period he spent in Paris, his interest in the avant-garde and theatre, and his response to World War 1. Kunsthall Oslo will present paintings from public and private colletctions in this exhibition.
