Concert series with roots going back to the 1960s, programmed in collaboration with Oslo Jazzfestival.

Jazz at MUNCH's history stretches back to the 1960s, when Karin Krog and Johs Berg invited artists such as Jan Garbarek, Svein Finnerud, Bill Evans and Egil Kapstad to take part in now-legendary concerts in the old museum’s exhibition halls at Tøyen. In 2017-2018 Jassbox programmed the series, and MUNCH Live is now proud to carry on the tradition in the new museum at Bjørvika, with a programme presented in collaboration with Oslo Jazzfestival.
